•Conduct tours for potential new members using a consultative sales approach; coach and develop a membership sales team
•Develop annual operating objectives and plan for the Membership Department
•Utilize good communication skills to promote positive member contact
•Recruit, hire, train, develop, supervise and evaluate staff and volunteers
•Maintain all membership data and tracking mechanism, provide all required reports in a professional and timely fashion
•Achieve retention goals, as well as growth goals for income and participation
