•	Currently handling Project of value QAR 1.5 Billion, managing 65,000.00 accommodation in the whole Qatar, having 15,000.00 Number of Employees, 6 Cluster, 46 sites and imports 200 Containers of Goods.
•	Providing key information to Sr. Management including maintaining and updating governance framework, monitoring compliance and certain business processes, establishing and maintaining records of operational procedures and manuals, and analyzing monthly reports.
•	Responsible for driving performance through the businesses by setting correct KPIs and rigorous reviews.
•	Oversee the development and updating of financial and accounting policies and procedures for the organization.
•	Supervise and review the budgets of the organization, analyze, and integrate them to provide recommendations to decision-makers

•	Responsible for achieving optimal operating performance and returns without losing sight of all measured KPI's.
•	Developing and managing key relationships with respective management committee members and their senior managers to provide financial support and understanding of short and long-term financial plans.

• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly reporting pack using IFRS, in accordance with internal procedures to  highlight key business drivers to senior management.
• Project Management and development of financial models for new project including calculating cost of capital.
• Valuation / Pricing of the products to traders to enable them to execute best commercial deals.
• Preparing quarterly re-forecasts so that agreed plans are implemented to ensure that internal financial targets are achieved.
• Reviewing the operations from commercial point of view and recommend corrective action for removing in-inefficiencies.

Director of Finance

•	Preparing and controlling of all aspects of Budgets, Operating Equipment Purchases and other Finance and Business-related activities as may be necessary.
•	Maintaining a monthly reconciliation with owners on the yearly budget and confirm full closing balance within requested period.

Group Finance Manager

•	 Ensuring that the guests have best possible experience by trouble-shooting and resolving all billing-related disputes.
•	Represents the finance department on the daily department heads meeting with the general manager.
•	Managing all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.
•	Calculating and distributing wages and salaries.
•	Preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
•	Preparing financial statements and debtors' listings.
•	Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.

•	Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software like Property Management systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) and SPA software's.
•	Ensuring that all statutory details (PAN, TAX NO, Company Registration no. Etc.) are displayed on the guest invoices and bills.
•	Bills A/R accounts daily and send the same to guest along with the supporting bills and statements.
•	Follows up on any accounts within 3 days to ensure customer has received the invoice and does not have any questions.

Finance Manager

•	Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.

•	posting of required entries, trial balance generation, and preparation of financial statements within the timelines fixed by management.
