Lately, I started working on Lena Thompson Profile Here’s what I saw in her profile before we collaborated. → Her messaging was not to the point in her profile → Her profile wasn't showcasing her full potential. → It doesn’t have any call to action for her visitors. Here’s what I did to showcase his full potential. → Changed her messaging to instantly communicate her value. → Added social proof that positions her as the go-to Person. → Built a strategic CTA so her ICP knows exactly what to do next. → And yes, we added eye-catching graphics that take attention. Your LinkedIn profile isn’t a resume. It’s a sales asset. It opens new opportunities for you even when you are sleeping.  It pulls in the right people before you ever send a message. If your profile is not showing your full potential. Let’s fix it  DM me “Optimize11” (Only taking 3 clients this month) Let your profile speak for you, so you don’t have to.

One worst mistake that I’ve seen people make  (Even I made it → It costs you credibility) Most people preach what they’ve never done. They say things they’ve only heard. They post tips they’ve never used. They copy words from folks they don’t even know. You might get likes doing that. But no one will trust you. No one will follow you for you. It’s so easy to change that, you just need to → Add personal experience → Add Personal Opinion.  → Add Person beliefs. Here’s how to stop being noise: 1. Share what you've used → Even once is better than none 2. Share what you do → Even if it’s still messy 3. Share what you believe → Even if no one else does When you do this… That’s when you sound like “you” not others. And people want to know “you” not  the copied version of others. When you sound like “you”.  That’s when you speak with heart and proof. 📌 P.S. Don’t just post. Show what you know. That’s what wins.

After experimenting with dozens of hooks (Here’s what I realized) 3 things always make a hook compelling Most of the hooks I’ve written have failed. Some made little sense. But the best ones? After analyzing a bunch of my posts. I found all the best posts had 3 things in common in their hooks. They always had these 3 parts: → A real person (Like “I” or “You”) → A clear pain (A problem your reader feels) → A sharp number (My #1, 5 tips, 3 rules, etc) It sounds basic. But it's not. Because vague hooks sound smart… But they don’t speak to real people. Example? ❌ “Here’s how to write better” → Too broad. ✅ “3 writing rules that got me 100k Impressions”  → (Person + Pain + Number.) That’s when your hook attracts people. It makes people pause. It makes people think: “This is for me.” So, here’s what I’ve learned: → Don’t try to be clever. → Try to be clear and relatable. → Speak like a friend, not a lecturer. If you write hooks like that... Your posts won’t just get seen. They’ll get read by your People. P.S. These 3 elements made my best posts. Try them once. You’ll never go back.

Most coaches suck in their posts. (Even one of my clients messed up too.) They're writing like it’s a blog site, not LinkedIn. Here’s what ruins your reach fast: → Bulky paragraphs that block the view → Language that sounds like a boardroom → Jargon your audience doesn’t understand Most coaches I see here on LinkedIn... → Post for the sake of posting → Without thinking about the audience Here’s the truth: Your audience doesn’t read your post. They scan it. And the way you write makes it hard to scan. That’s why your posts get ignored ...and you don’t get visibility. Here’s how I improved my client’s posts: 1. Keep it simple → No fancy words 2. Add enough white space → Give the reader time to breathe 3. Avoid 3+ lines per paragraph → Use bullet points if needed 4. Use listicles (like this one!) → Easier to read and digest 5. Skip the emoji clutter → 🫡🙏❌🙌 🚀. 6. Use shorter sentences  → Let them get the point. 7.  Always follow rule of one → One post = One message How you write > What you write Write so people get the message Quickly. Clearly. Easily. Before you hit publish on your next post, ask: “Can my audience scan this post?” If the answer is no, refine it. Make it better. What’s one common mistake you see in LinkedIn posts?
