Managing B2C logistics operation in order to deliver order on time,
Monitor manpower utilization, costing and profitability in the business,
Devloping and implementing SOPs for the operation work.
Responsible for dispatched approx 8k to 13k shipment per day.
More than 15 centres are handling.
Monitoring their COD deposition and variance if any pending so taking on high priority
About performance keeping target 75% of COD FDDS (First Dispatch delivery success).
