As a Customer Success Associate at a healthcare insurer-tech company Plum, my job profile was to help resolve queries through chat, emails and phone calls to prevent escalations and ensure positive customer interaction. 
Along with this, I had taken the initiative of creating content on LinkedIn for the Customer Success department of Plum to help acknowledge the stigma of working in a customer success role. This includes strategizing a content line, working on research about the role and department, conducting a survey among people who already work in the role, and analyzing the risks and responsibilities of the role.

WrittenlyHub | Content Marketing Agency

Worked at Writtenlyhub, a content marketing firm as a business development executive and handled lead generation pipelines like sales navigator, LinkedIn jobs, Monster and Upwork etc. to find leads, worked on proposition and negotiation to convert the leads into clients to in-turn increase revenue and sales by 25%. 

My primary roles included but were not confined to closing enterprise and individual deals and developing interpersonal relationships with existing clients to maintain client retention, resolving conflicts and upscaling the company services. 
Secondly, I handled invoicing, proposal creation and project documentation through ZOHO CRM. 

I also planned a new initiative for the company that involved networking and expansion to improve our rate of conversion. 
The job helped me hone my communication and networking skill and allowed me to explore new arenas of the business world.

Business Development Executive

Tata Motors

•	Created a kitting arrangement project for Tata Motors' engine line production using Cummins' current line and SolidWorks to improve performance and eliminate the possibility of incorrect engine fitments
•	Implemented the Japanese concept of lean manufacturing to decrease non value adding activities; reduced wrong fitment, wastage, extra storage space etc.

Summer Intern

A mechanical engineer turned business professional with a strong aptitude for strategic planning, resource management, and interpersonal communication, aiming to break into the field of international business. 
My biggest achievement has been getting recommended from the Air Force Selection Board, Gandhinagar.
I have always been a versatile person, trying to get my hands on anything and everything present to me and look forward to add value in everything I do, be it in a workplace or my personal life.
