I'm not sure if you know this, 
but I'm currently in Semester 4 of my MBA.

I'm also a Content Strategist and Marketing Executive for Buzz Up Marketing .

Things got hectic.

But the truth is: I had time to write here.

And still, I intentionally didn't post here because I had no time to engage with creators.

Let's be real, who wants to post on LinkedIn without being "active" active?
No one, I guess.

Are they wrong? NO.

Kindness costs $0, yet it's short on supply.

"I'm seeing you after ages, this outfit looks different. Are you stressed about anything or it's just the weight?"

Let's say you design handcrafted jewellery. 

Instead of just listing materials, tell the story - 

-> How each piece is crafted by a single artisan?

-> How they ensure top quality and a vintage design?

Suddenly, you're not just selling jewellery.

You're selling wearable art, a conversation starter for those who appreciate vintage stuff.

This is the magic of the snob effect in action. 


In copywriting, the snob effect goes beyond just product descriptions. 

It's about highlighting exceptional value.


Here are 3 ways to use the snob effect - 

☑️ Announce a limited collection of your products in less quantity.

☑️ Highlight scarcity by limited-edition products in small batches.

☑️ Offer early access to new collections for a select group of subscribers.

This works because we’re naturally drawn to what's rare.🌻

I miss Shark Tank India's pitches 3%.

Every night, my parents skipped their favourite shows because I love Shark Tank, it ended a week ago.

"We still use those boAt Lifestyle airdopes! 
I didn't know it was Aman's."

"Namita makes decisions like lightening! 
How does she do it?"

"Vineeta seems so down-to-earth, 
We should try SUGAR Cosmetics?"

"That business deserved funding! 
I can't believe they didn't get a deal."

"Why do the founders argue about the percentages? Isn't it just money?"

"How does Anupam have knowledge about literally everything? He's cunning"

"Why did Deepinder say no to that food company? I thought it was really amazing."

"You met Radhika in real life, do you miss her speech when you watch Shark Tank?"

"Ritesh always seems so supportive of entrepreneurs. Which company did he find?"

These were the questions, my parents asked.

And I miss those nights 97%.🌻

Filled with entrepreneurial spirit and genuine curiosity.

I took up a 55-minute challenge.

It was the only good thing about my Sunday.

After feeling lazy the entire day,
I grabbed my water bottle at 7 p.m. 

And, I challenged myself to write - 
LinkedIn posts for 55-minutes.

My target was to write 2.5 to 3 posts.

But in reality -

I wrote 4 LinkedIn posts!🌻

Turns out, a time limit can be a productivity motivator.

If you're feeling lazy and unproductive, 
try a mini-challenge and you'll feel good.

keep reading and you’ll know what I mean.

In Level 1,
Talk about the real need, if you've product with long battery life say, "Hey, you never have to worry about your phone dying at 2:00 p.m!"

This taps into a deeper need – 
freedom from anxiety.


In Level 2,
Write stories, and relatable situations, 
and use a touch of emotion to connect 
with audience. Facts tell, but stories sell. 

This is where you leverage the 
power of social proof to sell. 


In Level 3,
Data and testimonials are important, but 
don't stop there. Showcase someone using 
your product to solve their problem.

This builds trust as people think, 
"If it worked for them, it can work for me!"


In Level 4,
The CTA is your landing zone. Make it 
effortless and personalized based on 
what people are interested in. 

This shows you understand them and makes 
it easier for them to try your product.


At the end of the day, it's all about 
making your message clear, human,

I can't sleep at night.


because, my brain over functions with ideas.

Ever since I started writing on LinkedIn,
I haven't been able to sleep quickly.

I get atleast  3 LinkedIn post ideas.

Not every idea is worth writing for,
while some of them like #chasingkhushi 
are really close to my heart.

But, you know, writing for myself is hard.

As a copywriter, I deal with words a lot.

And still, here I am at 11:24 p.m on April 20 
scheduling this post for Sunday thinking - 

Maybe I am overthinking the whole 
"writing about myself" thing.

Or pouring my heart out, sharing my 
own journey is not easy.

But, I'm planning to do it anyways! 🌻

How do you decide what to write about yourself?  


P.S. Do you think the fear of being 
vulnerable is real?

Beyond the obvious, customer touchpoints you might be missing.

Don't worry, this isn’t about awareness, consideration, decision and retention.

But, something more important to actually help the customers.

Here are 5 often-overlooked touchpoints throughout the customer journey.


5️⃣ Before they even know you exist.

Tailor your copy to address pain points identified in pre-awareness areas.

Highlight how your product fills the gaps competitors might leave.


4️⃣ The purchase isn't the end of the story.

Micro-interactions have the power to infuse your post-purchase interactions.

Tiny details like cute hidden messages make a big difference.


3️⃣ Become a mind reader.

Don't wait for problems, be proactively available to guess their needs.

Offer support before issues arise, creating a helpful experience.


2️⃣ Real people, real stories, real impact.

Walk a mile in their shoes to identify the emotional moments that matter most.

Use real customer stories to addresses these emotional touchpoints.


1️⃣ Simply map it out in detail.

Visualize your entire customer journey with customer journey mapping.

Identify areas where your copywriting can shine by pinpointing key touchpoints.

I ignored 1 of my leads intentionally.

I got his text few days ago,
it was straight for my work.

He wanted brand promotion,
it was an interesting industry.

He asked me to give my number,
I asked specific services he wanted.

And that's it, people.

No more talks, just his rudeness.
That's why, I didn't get back to him.

I don't understand -
the behaviour,
the mindset,
the energy,
of these people here.
Who can't be professional,
even on a professional platform.

Last 7 days were low in numbers for me and I know why.

It's been 3 weeks that I've been writing here.

In week 1-2, I got high engagement,  impressions and profile views.

I even gained 123 followers in a single day.

But, in week 3 numbers dropped, 
and the reason is - low engagement.

I couldn't engage properly as I usually do.

I had my exams and last few days in my college.
I wanted to hang out in canteen one last time.
I wanted to spend time with my friends.


But, this is your reminder that just posting here won't get you anywhere.

You have to engage, network and learn every day. 🌻

There is no other way to grow on LinkedIn.


P.S. I had my last exam of MBA yesterday,
it feels different to not be a student anymore.

Do you really think this is true?

It can't be because,
Quality > Quantity.

To get noticed on LinkedIn,
you just need to do 3 things. 

🌻 Add real experiences.
🌻 Add real opinions.
🌻 Add real value.

It's been 14 days, since I've 
started writing on LinkedIn again,

I generated 28,923 impressions not 
by commenting on 100 posts daily.

Instead, I engage with 20-25 posts,
learn from them to be better every day. 

Focus on quality of comments you drop,
try to match it with the quality of content.

Nobody writes here to listen "great post"!
