Head of Events/Field Marketing

• Started Postal’s events program from the ground up
•  Curated our own external facing events for sales and lead generation as well as customer retention, including exhibiting at conferences and hosting our own ancillary events as part of larger events, and various types of virtual events.
•  Strategically decide which events Postal would be involved in, in what capacity, who would be attending and managed budgets and team. Worked with content and enablement teams to develop messaging for each event.
•  Work cross functionally with sales, enablement, and customer success teams to create strategic programs that advance deals - including - but not limited to: custom swag kits, virtual events, in-person events, and training programs.
•  Sponsorship procurement and management – created prospectuses and reached out to partners to sell sponsorships for events. Main POC for sponsors. 
• Concept to execution for two company kickoffs in Mexico  – including all logistics for employees, branding, content, vendor management, hotel negotiations and management, external and internal speakers, food and beverage, evening events.
•  Integral player in company’s rebrand – launched external facing Postal swag store – deciding and creating products and working with warehouse logistics.

Senior Manager, Experience Marketing

• Developed and launched new Events product - including successful creation and completion of launch campaign and event
• Work with development and engineering teams to continuously refine product
• Create product roadmap - more specifically, outlined a roadmap on what features to focus on out and in what priority
• Work with customers daily, assisting them in hosting their own events from concept to execution - successfully completing 200+ events in the first 10 months
