As a Venture Partner at Athena VC, my primary responsibility is to identify and recruit the most talented and promising aspiring founders who can code. I focus on sourcing individuals who possess the technical expertise, innovative mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit necessary to succeed in the competitive startup ecosystem. My key activities include:

- Scouting Top Talent: Leveraging a robust network of industry contacts and utilizing advanced search techniques to discover exceptional coding talent with high potential for entrepreneurial success.

- Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to attract elite coders who are eager to launch their own companies, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber applicant pool.

- Engagement & Outreach: Engaging with coding communities, attending industry events, and participating in hackathons to build relationships with top coders and raise awareness of Athena VC’s opportunities.

- Evaluation & Assessment: Conducting thorough evaluations of candidates’ technical skills, startup ideas, and potential for success through interviews, coding challenges, and project reviews.

- Building Partnerships: Collaborating with coding bootcamps, universities, and tech organizations to identify and recruit top-tier coding talent.

- Promoting Athena VC: Actively promoting Athena VC’s value proposition through social media, webinars, and content marketing to attract and engage high-potential coders.

By focusing on these activities, I aim to ensure that Athena VC continues to attract and support the best of the best in the coding community, helping them turn their innovative ideas into successful companies.
