Advancing to the role of UK Partner Manager. In this dynamic role, I took ownership of the region and spearheaded initiatives to deliver against KPIs as part of a global team, significantly increasing brand awareness in the market and generating more end-user sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Offered comprehensive demos of our solution to partners' clients, navigating deals from initial meetings through signing, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure successful onboarding.

Strategically leveraged partner relationships with agencies to generate new client opportunities, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.

Collaborated with Marketing to create impactful case studies around clients and partners, contributing to increased brand visibility and recognition.

Maintained and fostered external partner relationships, both existing and new, driving revenue opportunities through strategic MBRs and QBRs. Conducted quarterly loom update videos, incorporating partner commission details based on new features and client ideas.

Acted as the partners' voice within Reviews.io, representing their priority needs and identifying areas for potential innovation to deliver captivating customer experiences.

Created and attended events around the UK to promote the Reviews.io brand throughout eCommerce, engaging with prospective clients and partners alike.

- Increased revenue by 50% YoY.
- I achieved 89% of the stretch MRR target for 2022.
- Generated £3081 MRR in 3 months / £5183 in revenue before my tenure.
- Implemented an internal tiering system for strategic account management, rating based on current state and potential state.
- I successfully introduced a lunch and learn program that was later rolled out to all regions.
- Secured key end-user wins, including prominent names such as Ocean Bottle, Swatch, Boys Get Sad Too, Darts Corner, and Tile Warehouse.

UK Partnerships Manager

As the Partner Success Lead, I optimised partner relationships and drove success. Reporting directly to the Global Partnership Director, I collaborated seamlessly with the Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Achievements:

Diligently worked with our existing partner network, cultivating positive and supportive relationships to amplify the value of our product, fostering heightened partner satisfaction.

Executed a comprehensive review and reactivation strategy for our 250+ UK partners. Reviewed 1200 accounts, removed 635 inactive ones, and successfully secured 150 resignations as active partners, aligning them with the latest partner agreement. This initiative streamlined our partner network for enhanced support.

Harmonised billing processes by bringing all active partners onto the same system. Successfully transitioned partners from varying pricing agreements to a standardised model, either offering set discounts for end users or agency referral fees. This ensured clarity and consistency in pricing structures.

Led efforts to cleanse and update CRM data, ensuring its relevance and accuracy. This initiative contributed to a more streamlined and efficient data management system.

Personally ensured that all partners received their entitled benefits and revenue share from referring clients onboard each quarter, reinforcing partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Proactively identified end-user opportunities and seamlessly passed them to the Sales team for effective management and conversion, contributing to overall business growth.

As a dedicated Technical Sales Account Manager at Forest Rock, a trailblazer in Building Management Systems and IoT solutions, I played a pivotal role in steering the management of connected devices. Conducted engaging demonstrations for key stakeholders, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of the CloudCall product suite to identify and address clients' current pain points. Demonstrated how the product could provide effective solutions for their challenges.

Implemented the CloudCall solution across multiple CRM platforms, orchestrating a proof of concept period with potential end users. Utilised metrics to support the Sales team in finalising conversations and showcasing the product's value proposition.

Ensured a smooth client handover to the onboarding team, facilitating the successful deployment of CloudCall's solutions. Meticulously understood and documented the unique configuration requirements of each client, contributing to seamless start-to-finish implementations.
