In the past, he was an Executive Committee Member at Birmingham Black Lawyers for four and a half years. He served as a Senior Recruitment Manager in Finance & Accountancy at Mitchell Adam Ltd for almost four years, and a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Legal at Robert Walters for nearly a year.

His career has been centered on helping individuals, especially aspiring solicitors and professionals seeking to advance in big law firms and break into the Big 4 or industry roles. With a base in Vancouver, Canada, Kieran continues to excel in the Tech SaaS industry, helping leaders reduce lost revenue to competitors.
