Kike Oniwinde Agoro is the award-winning Founder & CEO of BYP Network, a multi-million-pound company focused on advancing the careers of Black professionals globally. She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham, was a University of Florida MSc Management scholar, and is a former Great Britain javelin thrower. Kike serves as Vice-Chair of the London Chamber of Commerce Black Business Association, previously sat on the board of Getting on Board, and is an alumni of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers. By 30, she had received 100+ awards across sports, academia, and business, and is one of the few Black female founders to raise over $1M. She was also selected as a Young Transatlantic Innovation Leader by the U.S. Government, and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Maserati Top 100 Most Innovative Founder, and Computer Weekly UK Top 10 Women in Tech. The Birth of BYP Network & Its Global Impact: Her motivation for starting BYP Network was to "change the Black narrative" after meeting talented Black students while studying abroad who faced similar career barriers to those in the UK. Returning to London, she saw the lack of diversity in the workplace and limited networking opportunities, pushing her to take action. Her expertise spans entrepreneurship, DEI, work-life balance, and motherhood, and she has spoken at Meta, Just Eat, eBay, American Express, and RBS. Athlete, Mother & Legacy Builder: A former Great Britain athlete, Kike returned to javelin six years later and just three months postpartum for fitness and ‘me time.’ She went on to win her County Championships, claim silver at the South of England Championships, bronze in the East of England Championships, and finish Top 10 in England. When Kike isn’t breaking barriers, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter, Yetunde, named after her late mother, who remains a guiding force in her journey.
