Client Representative

Resolve data discrepancies and monitor all cost and consumption reporting.
Coordinate and negotiate with utility personnel as needed to resolve metering, billing and rate schedule issues.
Ensure that follow-up, email, and correspondence are completed in a timely manner.
Respond to client requests in a timely manner.

Market Analytics Specialist

Responsible for ensuring client utility invoices are entered and exported in a timely manner.
Point of customer contact on inquiries regarding services performed.
Run early consolidations and resolve client reporting issues before Client Representatives arrive.
Open and close client accounts as requested as close to target date as possible.

Market Accounts Specialist

Walmart

Stock merchandise to the correct location in a timely fashion.
Scan overstock into the backroom for storage.
