I am a self taught artist and I use my own lived experience of health, wellbeing & creativity - -to inspire others -to connect with their creativity -to improve their own health and wellbeing. I lost my mobility in 2020 and connected with my creativity again, it became my pain relief, therapy and gave me hope during one of the darkest times in my life. I now share how creativity can help you to quieten the mental chatter, create calm and some much need mental space and clarity. I am qualified meditation teacher & reiki master and combine creativity,awareness and energy and facilitate Creative Flow workshops to individuals, third sectors and businesses. Art is my passion and when I am not facilitating Creative Flow sessions I am working on my own art which I show at markets and through my online shop or working on private or commercial commissions. Having worked as multiple retailer buyer for over 20 years, working on commercial work is a real passion of mine - my background helps to me create work that connects to the customer and evoke emotion and connection.
