Served as a Product Owner for a development team of 12 people, navigating through the complexities of managing both co-located and remote team members. I led the alignment of stakeholder expectations to meet the short time-to-market of the core banking payment system. Through servant leadership and a team-driven innovative approach to mobile payment solutions, we played a role in TWINT's journey to become the first widely utilized mobile payment service across Switzerland, helping it secure a position in the market ahead of competitors like Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
