Manage vendor compliance reporting, LCP Tracker reporting, resolve compliance issues, and assist subcontractors with LCP Tracker. Request, review, and approve subcontractors’ invoices, payments, waivers, and certified payroll. Prepare Sworn Statements and waivers. Keep track of subcontractors’ Certificates of Insurance, signed contracts, bonds, and COs. Constantly communicate with PMs to prevent and/or resolve any project issue that may delay payments.
