With over 20 years of experience in people development, I am passionate about unlocking and harnessing the potential of individuals and teams to improve employee engagement, productivity, and organizational performance. I have a strong background in event facilitation, training, workshop design and delivery, psychometric profiling, mentoring, and coaching, all focused on getting the best performance out of you and your people. I spent the last 10 years working on the highly successful LEAD Wales and ION Leadership programs, partnerships between Welsh Government, ESF, Swansea and Bangor Universities to help grow leaders and businesses through innovative and powerful leadership development programs. As a People Development Specialist at ION Leadership, I collaborated with business leaders of SMEs, providing them with the essential support, advice, and guidance required to enhance their leadership skills and act as a catalyst for business success and growth. With my new company Dynamic Development, we continue to use practical, experiential learning methods, and have bolted on a strong element of consultation, what we are calling the Discovery phase-using the most up to date psychometrics and review tools to ensure development interventions are tailored to you and the development needs of your team and organization. And it doesn't stop there as we have added a third essential area to the business which we are calling Directions, where I leverage my skill development, coaching, and mentoring skills to partner with individuals to support them through career re-direction, role transitions and all the other bumps along the road.
