Created organizational change management strategies, messaging, and informational materials for a new enterprise IT services launch.  Oversaw the production of customer-facing materials including global facility posters, business unit communications, supervisor talking points, table tents, and introduction launch video. 

• Organized and facilitated a pre-campaign evaluation for two internal focus groups that included preparing user guides and questionnaires to gauge the effectiveness of the product launch.

Managed an initiative to provide consistent messaging for Caterpillar’s mining technology (MineStar) customers that streamlined direct sales presentations materials for dealers to enhance product awareness.

• Coordinated marketing materials for two large-scale conferences: Cat Mining Sales University, attended by over 500 dealers and employees, and the Cat Global Mining Technology conference with more than 350 customers in attendance.

• Developed comprehensive mining technology product summaries for key stakeholders and executive office by collaborating with subject matter experts, an internal graphic artist, and external agency.

Provided writing and production of global, customer-facing New Product Introduction (NPI) marketing materials for Caterpillar’s prime products (motor graders, medium wheel loaders, excavators, and pipelayers). 

Collaborated with SMEs and global marketing consultants on support plans for international and regional new product launches and with a production team on videos, photos, and messaging.

Strategically planned and keyword-optimized content for websites, SEO, social media, and virtual platforms (Cat.com, Cat Dealer Virtual Showroom, Dealer.cat.com, & Facebook Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram). 

•	Created digital materials including a virtual product tour, 45+ brochures, 10 introduction videos, 10,000+ photographs, and 15+ press releases.  

•	Led go-to-market strategies for a digital workstream and ensured material readiness for dealer training and marketing activities worldwide.

Neovia Logistics  (Formerly Caterpillar Logistics Services) 

Managed a weekly digital employee newsletter and served as a site administrator on Neovia’s new website. Coordinated employee events and facilitated various charitable programs with United Way and The Red Cross.                                                                                        

•	Implemented strategic and sensitive communications during the transition from Caterpillar Logistics Services to Neovia in 2012.  Partnered with human resources, global purchasing, and information technology on creating unified and timely messages to deliver to clients, vendors, and employees.

Managed a $300,000 annual marketing/communications and SEO budget.  Responsible for placing advertising in digital / print trade publications and producing trade show floor layouts and signage.

Supported product consultants for the Asia Pacific Division by advising and creating customer-facing marketing materials for the K-Series model guide, Drive Train pocket guide, and contamination control kits. Edited and published the quarterly ‘Road to Product Support Excellence’ newsletter. 
		
• Implemented cost-effective planning strategies for two large international trade shows: ConExpo Asia in Beijing, China, and Intermat in Paris, France
