After a decade in Visual Merchandising and Retail Management, I transitioned into the hospitality industry. My passion for sales and professional development quickly led to a promotion to the role of BT Sales Manager and soon after, Corporate Group was added to my detail. There I focused on: - prospecting - proposal creation - contract negotiations - event planning - networking in professional organizations In Jan 2020, I was offered a position with Chesapeake Hospitality (now Remington Hotels) as the DOSM and relocated to Milwaukee, WI. During my tenure I: - developed and executed strategic business plans - closed agreements that led to multi-million-dollar revenue streams - successfully re-mixed the property Post-Renovation - led account management with major airline partners, government branches, sports housing co, associations, and corporate groups and events - managed a high-performing sales team - actively participated in travel industry groups and associations - drove and maximized revenue and market share growth In Oct 2024, I onboarded with CSM Corporation to support the sales efforts of the Marriott Milwaukee West! 🚀 I bring energy, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for training and development to my team each and every day.
