Managing a specific portfolio of properties. 
Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared for.
Meet TPM standards and metrics such as unit appearance, and efficiency. 
Manage all estate work orders and adhere to all Tamarack policies and procedures.
Support my team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and texts. 
Partner and assist when new units join the portfolio.
Maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow team members and our upper management team.
Provide cross-coverage for my manager and other teammates when necessary. 
Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties.
Frequent travel between worksites.

Property Manager - Estates

Serve as a Tamarack ambassador, engaging our guests at every opportunity.
Ensure our guest’s arrival, stay and departure service is fulfilled at a 5 Star service level; welcome guests and maintain front desk. 
Assist guests with orientation of Tamarack and general area.
Maintain the general cleanliness of the Lodge at Osprey exterior entry, Lobby, and staff areas. 
Assist the resort staff as needed, this position supports every team member.

Front Desk Agent

Disaster Response

First base on incoming phone calls, dispatching calls to appropriate personnel. 
DASH (CRM tool) job management software by taking online trainings.
Thorough understanding of the restoration process.
Maintained and trained subordinates to obtain/manage a clear understanding of all company policies and procedures.
Responsible for set-up of all new jobs in DASH
Communicate new job information to the mitigation team or project manager in a timely manner.
Follow up with customer/homeowner to document missing information or insurance information.
Monitor job documentation accuracy in DASH
Maintain regular communication with customers during mitigation and answer their questions quickly.
Daily review of all mitigation jobs in DASH job management software.
Track collection of deductible payments on all insurance projects.
Monitor photo documentation of all mitigation jobs for completeness and descriptions
Keep involved personnel up to date with schedule changes for restoration jobs.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding the estimate approval process and other general questions.
