There is no exact blueprint for a good coach, however, there are distinct qualities that good coaches have in common—seeing the potential in others and helping them see it for themselves. I have been in leadership roles since the 90s. Didn’t always get it right but I worked to grow on the inside so I could be better on the outside. I focus on adding significance to others—that means adding to their success. It's a great honor to empower others. I am confident and assertive when needed, skilled at creating relationships that are mutually beneficial for all, and create space for others to be heard and listened to. My passion and my work come from my own growth and although I can’t stop others from missteps, I want to empower and equip them to live out their values daily to meet their desired goals.
