Prepared and mailed yearly invoices to participants, processed payments and documented account updates on spreadsheet which resulted in 60% of processed payments within 60 days

NDHIN Website content producer and website management. Designed, built and launched NDHIN website. Created NDHIN YouTube channel with content as well as creating NDHIN On-demand training for medical providers who request access to the HIN

Participated in committees to discuss electronic health records and methods to improve overall workflows. Organized, scheduled and facilitated monthly Telehealth and Health Information Technology Advisory Committee (HITAC) workgroup meetings. Wrote and distributed minutes and agenda before each meeting

Coordinated with NDHIN Outreach Team to create monthly newsletter. Review each newsletter item piece for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, accuracy and brand compliance images for quality standards to be emailed to over 4000 contacts
