Nova Research Inc.

Scientist and project leader for high-impact government defense programs developing specialized sensors for the US Navy.  Analyzed data & made recommendations of system optimizations, resulting in higher quality performance and lower detection sensitivity.
•	Developed new analytical method supporting the Submarine Atmosphere Health Assessment Program (SAHAP) to significantly increase analytical method efficiency and improve detection level sensitivity.
•	Assisted development of the Cascade Avalanche Sorbent Plate ARray (CASPAR) chip, a selective pre-concentrator for chemical agents and explosives, by analyzing adaptations to the chip and making suggestions for optimization.
•	Mentor to aspiring young scientists through the Science & Engineering Apprentice Program (SEAP).
