- Built multiple dashboards with Power BI to present tech adoption across different studios, launch readiness for key titles, status of key initiatives and partner satisfaction across EA that was presented to the leadership group of the organization.
- Automated scraping, cleaning and analyzing survey results and response rates using Python to reduce manual effort required to create and maintain large scale surveys for different groups within EA to support leadership decision-making.

Supported one of the largest Canadian loyalty programs with their analytics engineering framework built on Databricks and Snowflake to improve data consistency and quality across different data products.

- Lead Tableau to Looker migration using hub & spoke approach and was responsible for designing LookML best practices to improve consistency of business logic, metrics and code quality between dashboards with re-usable components.
- Worked together with an engineering manager and a product owner to support our analytics engineering framework built on Databricks (PySpark, Python) with requirements, implementation, documentation, code & peer review, sprint planning and grooming.
- Demonstrated modern data stack approaches with dbt to solve data inconsistency and quality issues to improve speed to market value to our partners and reduce cost of maintaining our own analytics engineering framework built on Databricks.
- Responsible for setting up Snowflake best practices for row level security and role-based access grants using declarative methods which were integrated with a CI/CD workflow to easily maintain complex security requirements.
- Optimized Snowflake performance for high workload queries by analyzing query patterns and clustering tables based on appropriate key values to reduce partition scans which reduced our cost per query and improved the speed of the queries significantly.

Lead the development for one of the fastest growing data functions within Citco and the most senior member of Qlik CoE within the organization to drive growth and best practice usage of our Qlik BI Platform.

- Responsible for BI development for a business function with 500+ daily active dashboard users, built and maintained 40+ dashboards and ETL scripts with different business requirements to support one of the highest growing data teams at Citco.
- Lead the BI development for one of the most successful data product launches which won two global awards for a new business unit (ESG) where I had to gather the business requirements, clarify launch related timelines, design the architecture and implement the BI solution which required to work with multiple different stakeholders to ensure the launch was successful.
- The most senior member of Qlik CoE within Citco where I mentored, trained and guided newer developers with best practice usage of Qlik dashboards, data modeling and ETL workflows to support re-usability and high-quality data standards.
- Developer & architect for a project with API integration with AWS Lambda & API Gateway to support programmatic reloading of dashboard when curated datasets are ready in our data lake to support automatic reloading of data to Qlik dashboards.
- Designed error handling and data quality process with Qlik to measure data quality from over 100+ dashboards daily across several different business units to support monitoring of data related issues which significantly improve the quality of our datasets.
