Encompass are an Australian company who brought their KYC software to the UK. Reporting directly to the VP of Ops & Marketing, my role was to help build the Encompass brand and promote the revolutionary software, which was already transforming the way the professionals in the UK work with commercial information and made commercial decisions. 

Developing and driving execution of plans that integrate with the overall marketing and business strategy, in particular:
•	Content plan – working with the Product Marketing Specialist to define key content requirements in accordance with the overall program of marketing activities.
•	Communications plan – disseminating our content consistently and effectively through our own platforms (eg. Email, website, social) as well as third parties.
•	Events Plan – selecting associations and events to sponsor.  Effectively fulfilling the entitlements that come with such partnerships to maximise our brand exposure. 

Working closely with the Marketing Team and Product Marketing Specialist, key duties include: 
•	Managing the Marketing Team to ensure company goals are achieved
•	Mentor and train junior members within the team
•	Website – key point of contact, daily monitoring and optimization
•	Pardot marketing automation and workflows
•	Content schedule – what goes out, when, on which platform
•	Taking content from copy to finished product with branding for impact

Having worked to improve the existing CMS and social strategy for 4 months, I moved on to take a new, more challenging role with another start-up.

•	Develop effecting e-marketing plans - focusing on organic growth, SEO and content marketing.
•	Re-focused Floor Monster blog to reflect better use of relevant content. 
•	Deliver email marketing campaigns.
•	Report on weekly KPI & SERPS.
•	Strategic review of all existing processes.

Firefish Software are an established tech start-up who specialise in recruitment software.  Having previously assisted the company with digital marketing, I was persuaded to join the team on a full time basis as Head of Product Marketing. My role has further developed to include:

•	Review current marketing automation tool, HubSpot, to ensure the best use of the software.
•	The set up of marketing automation strategies and workflows with goals to focus on key ROI. 
•	Migrate old HubSpot CMS platform to the new COS (responsive content) templates.
•	Report on weekly KPI & SERPS.
