Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with full P&L responsibility for the $500MM global business of Paper, Packaging, & Consumer Products.  President of Fine Paper & Packaging at Neenah July 2020 - July 2022 upon which Mativ was formed as a result of the merger of equals between Neenah, Inc. (NYSE: NP) and Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (NYSE: SWM) and continued on as President, Packaging & Specialty Papers at Mativ.  Drove large-scale transformation across the business through and out of the COVID-19 Pandemic, leading through significant supply chain, operations, and inflationary challenges and still delivering record top-line and bottom-line EBITDA performance.

Reporting to the Company’s President, responsible for total P&L delivery for the $120MM Consumer Products business.  Delivered record topline and bottom line growth, expanded into new markets and grew share at all major customers over a three year time horizon.

Vice President & General Manager – Consumer Products	

Reporting to the Company’s President, responsible for driving demand for all Paper and Packaging Categories from innovation to delivery to the Integrated Marketing Strategy.  Developed a new category strategy to expand into growth adjacencies within Packaging and pivot from mature, declining markets.  Led M&A deal team through the acquisition of Fibermark expanding packaging capabilities for the business

Vice President, Marketing - Fine Paper & Packaging

Reporting to the Company’s President, brought in to establish a consumer-focused marketing infrastructure for a primarily B2B organization. Established a new Brand Position for Neenah Paper & Packaging, developed the organizations Stage Gate Process to build a long-term innovation pipeline, and identified new platforms in Packaging to grow the addressable market and extension of existing capabilities

Newell Brands

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development for Newell Home.  Selected to design Newell’s first-ever Marketing and Creative Services organization for Newell Home ($3.0B in revenue) with a team of 50 MarComm and Design resources to create world class Integrated Marketing Programs and leverage talent across the business.  Realized 10%+ in cost savings through talent and agency consolidation and improved standardized processes reducing timelines by 25%.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing for the Calphalon Business Segment.  Created an in-house marketing services organization responsible for all Integrated Marketing Communications and Creative Design including managing the budget and all agency partnerships for programs around TV, Print, Social, Package Design & Collateral Materials

Sr. Manager, Marketing Services- Calphalon 

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing for the Calphalon Business Unit.  Brought in to expand the Calphalon Cookware Brand Equity into new adjacent categories of Bakeware, Cutlery, Utensils, and Gadgets.  Grew all categories between 2 - 4x in 3 years through identification of untapped consumer insights and bringing new innovation to all three categories.

Reported to the Vice President of Business Development.  Selected to develop and execute the companies New Business Development Strategy to expand from Major Appliances into Small Appliances categories of Blenders, Mixers, and Toasters including defining the Brand Positioning and Product Design strategy for the category.

Reported to the Vice President of Marketing for the Jenn-Air Business Unit.  Hand selected for a business incubation team charged with growing the Jenn-Air Appliance Brand and ultimately resulted in almost doubling the business in 3.5 years.  Led the brand reposition, launched a new integrated marketing strategy, initiated a complete product redesign and expansion into adjacent categories.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and responsible for all channel and shopper marketing programs for Maytag and Jenn-Air appliances sold at Best Buy.
