I have spent a decade in business development, operations, and human resources in both the corporate and small business sectors. As a life-long swimmer and water polo player, I am passionate about drowning prevention in children and am a proud advocate for the Hope Floats Foundation. My passion for organizational and people operations is evident in my 10 years of experience at Floaties Swim School, increasing yearly revenues and building a business structure that stood the test of COVID19. My company, Paradigm Consulting, provides resources to small business owners that put the people operations at the center of the organizational structure. The end result is a scalable business model with no limit on revenue. Traditional HR is built for corporate, bottom-line driven, big-budget legal teams, and impersonal employee experiences. Small businesses (under 50 employees) and Microbusinesses (teams under 20 employees) operate on a different wavelength. As the landscape of business development evolves into freedom-based workplaces and remote opportunities, the way we manage our humans must evolve too.
