•	Working as an SCCM/IT Desktop Support Lead and leading a Team to consistently deliver on the SLA's/KPI's to the client while meeting productivity measures.

•	Considerable experience with SCCM/Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Cisco AnyConnect, Task Sequences, In-Place Operating System Upgrades, SCCM Client installations, Troubleshooting, and monthly Software Update management, BMC Remedy ITSM ticketing tools, among other things.

•       Demonstrated expertise creating, deploying, and updating application packages, as well as a thorough understanding of the purpose and functioning of software distribution technologies.

•	Work closely with the Endpoint Computing Director/VP to review and develop the strategic direction to enhance the team's capabilities.

•	On a regular basis, collaborate with the Fund Assist and Rockall Technologies (A Broadridge Company) in Dublin, as well as the Broadridge IT Teams in London, Edinburgh, and Frankfurt Sites.

•	Produce and distribute all required operational reporting, including ad-hoc reports as required.

•	Using action and initiative plans, drive proactive operational improvements. Identifying the potential efficiency gains and establish the necessary activities to complete tasks.

•	Develop, implement, and lead Quality initiatives, as well as taking responsibility for customer satisfaction issues. Ensure that task is followed up on/distributed in the event of a team member's absence or vacation.

•	Drive Quality, Training, HR, Recruitment, and Reporting for associate onboarding operations in collaboration with the Support functions. Manage each team member's development and performance, as well as team members' progress towards defined goals.

•	Efficient and effective ticket management and resolutions to maintain key performance indicators.

•	Deliver 2nd and 3rd Line Service Desk support and effectively troubleshoot by taking ownership of tickets following Incident Management and service requests.
