I spearheaded the development of a non-intrusive machine learning-powered platform designed to orchestrate, control, and monitor high-volume business processes that involve collaborative efforts between both robotic and human workers. Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Led the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that the platform aligns with market needs and user expectations. 

Algorithm Design (Data Science): Directed the development of advanced algorithms leveraging data science techniques. These algorithms drive the platform's machine learning capabilities, enabling it to adapt and optimize processes based on real-time data, user behavior, and changing business requirements.

Queuing Strategies: Implemented efficient queuing strategies within the platform to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. This involved optimizing task distribution between human and robotic workers, minimizing bottlenecks, and maximizing overall system throughput.

User Experience Enhancement: Worked closely with design teams to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Talent Acquisition: Played a pivotal role in the recruitment process, identifying and hiring top-tier talent to strengthen the RPA team. Focused on assembling a dynamic and skilled workforce capable of delivering excellence.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Established and nurtured partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Collaborated with technology partners to enhance and diversify the RPA offering.
