As Head of Europe at Seedrs from 2016 to 2021, Kyrill spearheaded a team that raised over €180M for 140+ European ventures, setting several notable milestones, including the largest and fastest European equity-crowdfunding campaigns.

Kyrill was responsible for driving EU revenue growth, ensuring that revenue targets were met while building a high-performing sales team across 2 regional offices (Berlin and Amsterdam).

Kyrill brings 12+ years of experience in the European tech industry, specializing in sales, Go-to-Market strategies, and scaling commercial operations across DACH, UK & Nordics. He has a broad range of experiences that include co-founding four tech ventures, as well as working in various managerial positions (COO, VP, EU GM).

Kyrill has been an active angel investor since 2012, with over 200 tech investments to his name, including co-investments with Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Chris Sacca, Tony Fadell, JAY Z, Jason Calacanis, Mark Suster.

He has lived in five different countries, which has given him a unique global perspective on business and technology.
