Stoked is a team of dedicated designers, teachers, and coaches who aim to awaken the human spirit. We do this by helping global organizations, teams, and individuals get in touch with their innate creative abilities. We find that by building a culture of encouragement, organizations shift from convention to feeling inspired, acting boldly, and collaborating in new ways.

As a coach and lead designer, I have the opportunity to engage with our corporate and non-profit partners to help their teams learn and practice new human-centered ways to solve problems.

Using Design Thinking as a tool in making Grand Rapids the most equitable city in the US. Doing this through leading workshops, facilitating collective impact projects, program development, leading the Global Youth Forum, and coaching/consulting.

Manager of Public Agency - a Social Enterprise initiative of WMCAT

I teach a class called Leadership by Design which fuses design thinking, leadership development, and a global perspective. The year-long class culminates in the Global Youth Forum where my students connect with students from all over the world using Design Thinking to make change in their lives and in their community.

I facilitated a series of 9-month intensives called EXEGY. Through a series of readings, tools, and activities, it supports students in their journey of better understanding themselves and how they function. With that knowledge and those tools we help them step into living the kind of life they intend. 
It is not an answer to the question "what am I supposed to do with my life?", but rather an on-ramp to doing that hard work in their own lives.
This transformative program has been instrumental in my life and I have been excited to share the content with others!
