After less than a year as a campaign manager, I was tapped to move into a leadership role. For most of my time in this position, there was a unique focus on SEO training, as that was my primary wheelhouse. This included developing a full 40-60 hour SEO intensive course, a levels system/competency matrix for the SEO team, a new-employee onboarding program, and a lot more. 

I also spent some time in this role spearheading company-wide initiatives such as new-employee orientation, the implementation of OKRs, and other eLearning/training efforts.

Achievements
- Built a 3-week SEO Intensive Bootcamp, designed to prepare new employees for success in keyword research, content strategy, client communication, sales, and more.
- Collaborated with executive leadership to design and implement a new SEO team structure that led to a ~30% decrease in client churn over 6 months.
- Created hundreds of process documents for the SEO, Content, Performance PR, Sales, & Engineering teams and designed a Notion database infrastructure to store that information for easy access.
- Developed more than 15 eLearning courses in Coassemble, an LMS and course authoring tool, to train teams on OKRs, Company Orientation, SEO Basics, Communication Best Practices, and more.

Associate Director, SEO

After a few months of freelancing, GR0 reached out to me about a full-time opportunity as a campaign manager. Clients had been incredibly pleased with my work thus far, and they believed I would be a great fit as an account manager. Moving into this role, I took on more than 30 accounts, totaling more than $1.8 million in annual recurring revenue for the business.

I was the second campaign manager hired at GR0, which allowed me to help build many of the systems and processes that we still use to this day on our SEO team for client relationship and project management.

- Responsible for 2x growth in organic revenue over a 12-month campaign for eCommerce music store, generating more than $300,000 in incremental revenue
- Increased impressions by 10x and site visits by 4x YoY, averaging nearly 100,000 monthly site visits for a national delivery brand
- Upsold an account by more than $20,000 in MRR by developing a thorough pillar-page content strategy and implementation
