Duties/Responsibilities:
* Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting computer hardware, software, Antivirus,
CCTV and Manage different type of Servers like Linux, Windows Server, Oracle VM
VirtualBox, VMware and Hyper-V.
* Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Cisco Router, MikroTik, Switch, LAN, WAN,
Firewall, Optical Fiber, CAT5/6.
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP GPO, Print Server Application, Malware Analysis.
* Data Backup, Data Privacy, system upgrades and keep updated with latest technology and
security risks on a regular basis.
* Office 365 design, implement and support various types of Office 365 hosted application
services which enable collaboration.
* Ensure Windows/Linux/Mac patches & updates are up to date on all workstations & servers.
* Responsible for all office areas WIFI networking, Responsible for Routing, Layer 2 Switching, Computer Troubleshooting.
* Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware & software license and perform any other task assigned by Manager.
* Monitor and Maintain Active Directory, create users in AD, reset the password of AD
users, Monitoring IT server and NAS.
* Providing IT support and maintain IT Inventory for different OS such Windows/Linux/Mac/Android. Also, Manage and maintain the organization`s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software
applications.
* Installation & Configuration Octopus, Aveco in TV Industry. Also, Live Telecast System & Solution in TV Station.
* Communicate vendor and other company or organization for ordering product, for warranty
claim, servicing faulty product.
