In March 2022 I graduated from Semco Style Institute . Semco Style is a tool kit to support organisations in adopting self-management. 

As one of the most practised forms of self-management in the world, I’m excited to be part of a movement to bring more progressive ways of working to businesses. Within PTHR, Semco Style has aided the maturing of our already self-managed team and practices.

I am an ambassador for Semco Style UK because it aligns with my own views that self-management is a liberating structure, and practically, since Semco Style is not just methodology, but an adaptive framework to make self-management work for every organisation- irrespective of size or industry. 

As part of the UK pathfinder team you can expect to see me to talk publicly about Semco Style, as well as facilitating Semco Style training sessions.
