Senior Product Manager

ADP Dealer Services

- Managed, coached and championed a team of 35 associates across North America, consisting of 4 Solution Consultant Supervisors, 29 Solution Consultants, 1 Executive Briefing Center Consultant and 1 National Support Specialist who provide remote and onsite presentations and live software demonstrations to prospects, clients, original equipment manufacturers and vendor-partners.
- Delivered initial and ongoing training of the Eloqui communication and presentation methodology to the sales organization and other business departments as a certified trainer.
- Opened a remodeled Executive Briefing Center for the Dealer Services Division, actively participating in the remodeling, technology installation and overall ‘client experience’ reconfiguration. Joined and actively maintained membership in the Association of Briefing Program Managers to continually improve the briefing delivery and client experience.
- Actively project managed software preparation, testing and configuration as well as presenter readiness for the annual National Automotive Dealers Association and American Truck Dealers convention. 
- Maintained year-over-year high associate engagement scores (91%, 95% and 93%), outperforming the direct roll-up, department roll-up and divisional results and often exceeding the benchmark results of the most engaged departments.

Manager, Sales Enablement

Delivered onsite and remote customized presentations and live software demonstrations to clients, prospects, manufacturers and vendor-partners, articulating the value that could be expected from installing and utilizing the software.

Solutions Consultant II

- Conducted market research, including client and internal focus groups, to determine product roadmap direction, prioritize feature development and review proposed implementation prototypes.  
- Presented and finalized fiscal year product strategy and detailed roadmap to the ADP Executive Committee and internal business partners.
- Wrote detailed product marketing requirements and reviewed functional specifications for industry wide applications installed on thousands of clients and generating millions in revenue.
- As an application and process subject matter expert, provided training and collateral materials to internal associates and current and prospective clients during remote and onsite presentations.
- Presented application(s) workflows, integration and application enhancements at tradeshows and conventions.  
- Launched innovative packaging and pricing promotions to invigorate sales during an industry recession.
- Launched products on online storefront to increase sales and market penetration while minimizing internal sales support costs.

Product Manager

- Managed 7 Client Account Supervisors and 3 Client Operations Analysts, 4 of whom were remotely located associates.  Provide daily coaching, mentoring and assistance to team members to allow them to better execute their responsibilities.
- Managed Account Receivable remediation efforts and critical clients to mitigate losses and credits.
- Launched a new support process for newly installed clients to initiate and guide them within ADP’s CRM Support organization during the 45 days following installation.
- Focused on an internal training initiative to improve the quality and consistency of the product and process training delivered to clients.  Facilitated a Best Practices team to identify and outline recommended processes to achieve desired results in the w.e.b.CRM application.
- Provided a daily “Fact of the Day” email to over 1,000 recipients for over four years regarding the CRM product, process, training, data integration, industry news and other key information.

Client Services Manager

- Managed National Strategic CRM accounts, proving an escalation point to clients within the support process.
- Developed and presented product and process training for 20 focus group participants.  
- Worked on a team to develop and launch a “User Community” site within the ADP client corporate site, www.DealerSuite.com, for clients using the w.e.b.CRM application.

Client Account Manager

- Compiled and standardized all documents, forms and training supplements used by Account Executives while installing the product.
- Managed a centralized database composed of all client facing forms and associate summary trip reports.
- Assisted in development and delivery of training for new Account Executives by creating and implementing a mentoring program.
- Provided remote product training for Account Executives and Account Managers.

Project Specialist

Automotive Directions, Inc

- Prepared and delivered marketing analysis reports providing market trending information and specific dealership information.
- Provided client training via classroom sessions and one-on-one follow-up.
- Developed a training plan for newly hired Account Managers.
- Tested the new versions of software to obtain a field perspective during the Quality Assurance cycle.
- Consolidated feedback and outstanding defect lists and managed communication with off-shore developers for software inclusion and corrections.
- Facilitated client relationships during the entire client cycle, to include pre-installation, installation and ongoing follow-up.
- Wrote, updated and maintained user guide documentation for product modules.

Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager

Kirsten Von Busch has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.  As Product Marketing Director for the Experian Automotive team, she supports solutions in the commercial automotive space, including the AutoCheck® vehicle history report and the Experian Marketing Engine. 

Prior to joining Experian in 2014, she held various operations, product management, product marketing and sales operations roles in automotive retail technology. 

Von Busch holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in marketing, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
