As a (Senior) Account Executive I strategically advised, trained and guided Recruitment companies on how to utilize LinkedIn and the right solutions for their business from Employer Branding to generating new business and finding Top Talent; I helped agencies with their Recruitment strategy so that they can use the power of LinkedIn! 

Within my years at LinkedIn I have helped 100's of companies grow their business and find and attract the right talent to do so by using LinkedIn and implementing the best strategies and suitable solutions. With my guidance and support my customers have grown in revenue, placements, followers, reach, employees, engagement on LinkedIn, etc. Working with my customers on their success is my biggest motivation. I have always reached and over-performed on my sales targets but what I am most proud of is how I have helped my customers reach theirs and beyond! 

As one of the core-team members of Linkedin Staffing Benelux I helped to scale our sales by organising and leading several in-country events. Where I really enjoy presenting and meeting clients face to face. I have organised several events in the Benelux with up to 130 attendees.

I have trained my peers and team members in all LinkedIn solutions and the Recruitment Industry to help them reach their full potential and help them to help their customers. I was a sales coach for peers and coached and trained many new hires in their On-boarding program.

Senior Account Executive

As a Recruitment Consultant and Online Recruitment Specialist for many years I utilised the power of LinkedIn to deliver Top Talent to my clients. 

As a great believer in LinkedIn and in what it has done for the Recruitment Industry I moved to Dublin and joined LinkedIn as an Account Executive in the Staffing Benelux Team to help Recruitment Companies with their LinkedIn strategy to connect talent to opportunity. For a full description of my role and achievements I’ve summarised this under my last position as a Sr. Account Executive.

Joining Shell as a (RPO) Recruitment Strategy consultant my mission was to help Shell attract and find specific talent for specialist roles and locations available in their Graduate Program.  Shell is one of the leading Employer Branding companies in the world and attracts High-level talent. I was brought in to help with the recruitment strategy for very specific talent that did not come in through the existing channels and needed a more targeted approach. As a Recruiment expert / Sr. Sourcer at the Graduate Recruitment department of Shell I Sourced and Recruited the best Graduate Talent (max 3 years of work experience) for Shell International for Technical Engineering roles. 

I introduced and set up the sourcing processes and implemented a new LinkedIn strategy to find that talent that had the specific skills and requirement for the open roles in the program that also met the high standards of the Graduate Program. I used LinkedIn and sourcing techniques to Head Hunt top Talent, provide Talent Mapping analyses to know the market and target audience, and worked together with Marketing and the wider Recruitment team to reach our goals. I guided my candidates through the process from approach to the Final Assessment on site where I was part of the evaluation committee.  

It was an honor to help young engineering talent find their place in Shell and to have helped them to start their career at the most innovative company in the world.

As a Recruitment Consultant at People4Office I worked as a RPO In-house Recruitment Specialist and Sourcer for several Corporate Organisations including Shell, T-Mobile, Accenture and Online.nl

Online.nl is the youngest as well as one of the oldest internet service providers in the Netherlands.
At the time Online.nl was acquired by T-Mobile and I moved on to this role from my work at T-Mobile Retail. At Online I was involved in setting up their Recruitment strategy and processes and Recruited Talent for Office and IT positions.

T-Mobile Nederland

I was responsible for the Recruitment of Shop Management and Assistant Shop Management positions in the Netherlands; managing the Recruitment process full cycle (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring). Setting up and maintaining Recruitment processes and Recruitment strategies (including developing and designing Recruitment materials) for T-Mobile Retail. 

By setting up an internal Recruitment strategie and utilising the strong brand T-Mobile has build to recruit for Shop managers we managed to cut down hiring costs tremendously and increase in quality of hire. By introducing LinkedIn sourcing for Shop Manager positions I could find talent that suited the high standards of the T-Mobile Shop manager profile but came from for instance different industries or backgrounds then the standard. My stakeholders trusted me and my creative approach so we hired great talent that would not have applied through the standard channels. 

Next to Recruitment I had a coordinating role in this position: handling the day to day Business, being the main contact person for all stakeholders when it comes to Recruitment, managing the external suppliers & keeping a constant overview on the current vacancies.

T-Mobile Netherlands, part of Deutsche Telekom, is with almost 5 million customers one of the largest mobile telecommunications brands for both consumers and businesses in the Netherlands.

In this position I was Coordinator at the Recruitment Department. I was the first point of contact for Hiring Managers and Internal Candidates in a Recruitment process and responsible for all internal vacancies from beginning to end. This includes advising managers about and support them with the recruitment process, maintaining relationships with candidates, managers and internal employees whom are participating in a Recruitment procedure.

In the day to day Business I supported the Recuiters and Recruitment Manager in all their tasks.  
Next to the day to day business i was (partly) responsible for setting up the Recruitment processes and maintaining en managing these processes.I have worked on different Recruitment Projects such as setting up an internal communication plan for the internal profiling of the Recruitment Department and developing and designing Recruitment Material.

My start in the Recruitment industry as a Recruitment Officer at Pink & Nelson Holding.  Where I managed the full recruitment process (search, strategy, interviews, contracts, etc.) for the hiring of all employees for P1 off-street. P1 off-street manages and exploits 65 parking garages all over Holland. 

I recruited and hired high volume of students that would work shifts in the garage. P1 had high standards for their employees and by finding ways to make the position attractive for high education students I managed to meet the volume and high requirements. I set up new promotion materials, recruitment processes and ways to reach the students through advertising and working with student organisations. Next to the temporary positions I managed the full recruitment process for the full time management positions. Handled all relationships with candidates and stakeholders like location managers and team leaders of all locations.
