Some things we're looking for:

→ you have hands-on experience in customer-facing roles 
→ you thrive when helping others and are passionate about customer support 
→ you have excellent spoken and written English skills
→ you are self-motivated, reliable, and curious 
→ you have a personal stake in content creation and social media 
→ you have worked across teams to drive customer experience improvements 
→ you likely have 4+ years of customer support experience (but depth of impact and genuine passion for helping others matter more to us than a specific timeline.)

Some things about the role:  

→ Remote, with a 4-day workweek
→ Salary range: $75,765 – $102,703 USD
→ Hiring in PST, MST, or HST time zones
→ Deep collaboration across teams and a huge impact on the customer experience
