ECommerce Fraud Analyst/ Project lead

Reporting directly to the VP of Best Buy for Business, I have been responsible for the coordination of training/onboarding schedules for nation wide bilingual sales team. I was also directly responsible for the creation and coordination of the marketing efforts for Best Buy for Business, ensuring complete CASL compliance, working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external and developing content that is relevant, cost conscious and specific to current business initiatives. In November of 2017 I also acquired the role of Inventory & Risk Specialist, compiling customized reports that deep dive into shrink for the company. I am responsible for the coordination and tracking of shrink reduction initiatives across the company involving multiple shareholders.
I have also been responsible for the implementation of an automated shrink cube across multiple reporting sites and coordinating cycle counts/analysis and inventory full counts across 134 stores.

·	Work with administrative staff, subject matter experts and site trainer to devise and implement procedures for a Systematic Approach to Training for on the floor jobs. This approach includes use of the ADDIE model, and requires weighting risk into training procedures to ensure safe and effective training.

Training Compliance Analyst

·	Reported directly to the General Manager for 2 sites working to produce CANDU nuclear bundles. My duties as senior administrative support staff included all duties for a senior management team of 6.  My role was to organize site events, implement the site communication plan, prepare financial/production reports on both a weekly and monthly basis and to coordinate specific administrative functions between other staff members. I was also responsible for tracking safety participation for all 275 staff members across both sites.

Executive Assistant

·	As assistant to the General Manager of Operational Engineering it was my job to provide administrative support to the full department; this included arranging meetings as well as flights and accommodations for fly in fly out staff. The General Manager for this location is only on-site 2 weeks out of 4. This required me to work on my own initiative and to ensure all requirements for my Supervisor were proactively met for his 2 weeks on site. I was also responsible for streamlining the change management process with the use of Primavera and Excel. This was a temporary posting.

·	Responsible for a staff of 25. My duties included budgets, sales projection and planning, progressive discipline up to and including dismissal. Staffing evaluations and hiring also fell under this role. I also completed buyers reports, sales reports and marketing events.

I support the performance of defining project scope and requirements while acting as a liaison and external contact between users, product management, sales and developers to define software requirements in the context of the client’s business.
