Yesterday was the final session in the six-month Go Further Group Coaching programme ran in partnership with The Ethical Coaching Company and WE ARE UMi 

I wanted to give a BIG shout out to these awesome group of humans that came together week after week to do the hard work. 

Committing to self-development and business development isn't the easy option. 

It requires stretching out of your comfort zone, showing up to talk about the challenges, when you really don't want to, it's about taking scary action, practising self-reflection, holding the mirror up to recognise what isn't working for your business, and figuring out how to create the kinda business you want to build.  

This group showed that commitment for six months, and that's no mean feat.

It was like stepping into the wild west.
