Oversee daily operations of weekly budget for local region. Schedule meetings and site visits for annual luncheons and conventions.

National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association

Assist in the coordination of day-to-day office operations which includes but is not limited to planning annual conventions and training seminars throughout the United States.  Responsible for ensuring and updating all new and current membership training requirements and certifications for state and local funeral operation requirements.

Wyndham Hotel Group

Responsible for all guest services functions for the hotel which included but not limited to:  daily productivity, ensured appropriate market segments, maximized room revenue.  Responsible for staffing, wage progress, and coaching, counseling and discipline of employees.

Guest Services Manager

I have a passion for serving the community by feeding the homeless, giving back to my alma mater Jones High School and I am always looking for opportunities to engage with and serve those in need.
