He has set-up multi-million-dollar businesses for these organizations from scratch, including Direct Sales and Retail Distribution for Centurion Bank, HDFC Life and Tata AIG Life. As VP and Global Operating Leader with Genpact, he set up and successfully ran a large back office operation for two Australian and two UK banks (Westpac, NAB, Clydesdale and Yorkshire). As the Global L&D leader with Genpact, he was responsible over 12,000 people across US, Australia, Europe, China, Philippines and India. His coaching journey started in 2009 with a world’s leading training and coaching organization. In 2015, he completed his Neuroscience (Brain) based coaching skills certification. Since 2016, he is an avid practitioner of NLP and Neuroscience based tools in India and abroad.
