The task was to provide training in all simulators at the DFS Academy in Langen by providing pseudopilots, operators and datapreperation experts (more than 144 employees).
At the same time steering a group of five softwaredevelopers to provide advanced e-learning software.

Head of Simulation

Preparing, testing and running of simulator exercises for both radar and tower simulation.
At the same time, head of a group of trainers doing training and exams in the towersimulator.

Simulation Expert

Assistant in the implementation of a 3D Towersimulator at the DFS Academy in Langen.
Main tasks:
- ATC-know how and checks for the development of procedures and testroutines
- Active support for the company implementing the system down to a level of coding

Assistant Project Manager

Teaching the principles of air traffic control in a tower.

Classroom Teacher and Simulation Trainer

Air Traffic Controller

Training and active working as a towercontroller in Cologne Bonn international Airport. 
This includes training and coaching of students in the OJT - phase.
