•	Brand Leadership: Led the development of the new TRSM brand platform and visual identity based on the faculty’s first brand health research project. Worked closely with Ryerson University marketing team and brand team to align with RU brand
•	Marketing Planning & Execution: Built a multi-functional marketing & communications team to create, curate and promote the stories from TRSM students, alumni, faculty, donors and staff across digital channels and mass media, in order to build the faculty’s reputation and recruit top quality students, faculty and staff
•	Relationship Management: Worked with TRSM’s six schools of management, 14 research centres and multiple student groups, as well as other Ryerson stakeholders, to ensure TRSM’s marketing and communications materials are on ‘brand’, synergistic, impactful and deliver desired results

Habitat for Humanity Canada

Developed and executed multi-media marketing and communication strategies, plans and materials to build awareness of the vision and mission of the HFHC federated association and its 61 affiliates across Canada reported to President.

•	Increased media exposure for Habitat for Humanity Canada programs through robust PR, brand and social media activities – brand awareness (over 85%) & understanding (70%) at all-time high levels by 2013
•	Led brand health research project and two key research projects with CMHC designed to demonstrate the impact of HFHC’s work; media launch to drive 3rd party endorsement of HFHC’s mission and accomplishments
•	Led creation of HFHC crisis communication plans, execution of plans and crisis training for affiliates
