To my utter surprise, the idea became a reality under the tree on Christmas Eve! (Obviously dad and Santa collaborated.) Collaboration is key. Reviewed, built and optimized 2,000 business plans, $2 billion annual innovation investment portfolio. Created first to market solutions for new industries or to leap frog existing ones, in support of growth and risk mitigation. As an innovator and transformer, am moved by the disharmony of a problem and strive to find equanimity for all involved. My strength is in situations where an organization, industry or economy, is either about to go through a major evolutionary change, or is in the middle of it. Stagnation or business losses represent themselves as opportunities for next evolutionary growth. Every stakeholder holds a part of the process. Collaboration and candor is key.
