I was a Corporate Sales Exec for 7 years – but life dealt me some wild cards. From the outside looking in, I was living the American dream but, on the inside, I was struggling with a never-ending slew of chronic health issues – from traumatic brain injuries, to Lyme disease, to 50lb weight gain, insomnia, mold toxicity, and a boatload of unresolved trauma. When the doctors I turned to left me with only symptom scripts and more questions – I had to fight my own way back to better – many times over. I dove into the research and a wider range of professionals, found a specific lifestyle that allowed me to heal myself and get my life back, despite seemingly incurable diagnoses and conditions. In 2016, my rollercoaster drove me to become a certified health coach for men and all those needing to find their unique path to lasting health. Since then, I’ve helped more than 100 people get the specific plans, personalized tools, accountability, and export support they’ve needed to change their lifestyles and their lives for good. And today, I get to be the experienced and compassionate partner I wished I’d had at every health twist and turn. Based in Raleigh, NC and serving clients nationwide, I’m often found nerding out about all things wellness, supporting men’s mental health via my community group, “Men on a Journey,” smoking a lovely variety of BBQ meats, and walking our two pups. I’m also happily married to his UNC alum wife, Katie (even though she picked the wrong shade of blue – so far as this Blue Devil fan is concerned!)
