My previous role as a customer service representative was with BMW where I quickly learned the importance of first class customer service. On a daily basis I would assist customers both in person and over the phone, in a professional but friendly manner. Building and maintaining relationships is something that comes naturally to me. Having the ability to look after customers is something that comes naturally to me. As you would expect with an organisation such as BMW only the best customer service experience can be delivered. In the past 15 years of working in customer service and sales roles I have gained the ability to meet and exceed customer service expectations that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in various different scenarios. I realise that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business is vital in the longevity of a company and is therefore my responsibility to deliver excellent customer service. This experience has helped me in becoming a successful Sales Executive in two very different industries, Motor Sales and SaaS Sales. I am a confident, trustworthy, friendly and a punctual professional who would be an asset to any company. I have a total of just under 5 year’s experience working in Salesforce. Initially working as an AE with Salesforce Trailhead as an AE in the SMB sector where targets have been a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly drive. It becomes muscle memory and whilst I have experience in the Tech sector and SaaS I have also carried a vast amount of experience from the Automotive Sector too, both at home in Ireland and international experience in Toronto, Canada. I clearly understand and know the mindset required to continue driving forward to meet and overachieve targets. Most recently my proudest achievement is becoming a Director on the Board of Directors for Heart Children Ireland. A charity close to my heart and one I have been involved with since 1990.
