Construction Group Manager - Paint 

Joined an active commercial space rehabilitation project to bring it on track by assessing scope gap, developing and enforcing a project time line, rededicating a commitment to safety, and instituting tighter financial controls.  Project met it's revised end date, opening on time for the North American Auto Show.

Lead Project Manager GM Ren Cen

Oversee engineering, construction and start up of paint shop facility upgrades, improvements  and/or new installations across North America  with values up to $500 Million and up to 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. 
Manage the work of an engineering team as well as the work of the prime contractor.
Interact with plant management, Paint Process Team, Manufacturing, Financial and other groups to ensure a safe, on time completion of work.

Lead Project Manager Paint Shop Construction

Oversee engineering and construction of $20 Million in facility upgrades and improvements under a compressed time schedule for construction modifications for the new small car program.
Manage the work of 3 engineers acting as owner’s representatives. 
Interface with plant management, Global Paint and Polymers Center, Manufacturing Assembly and Automation Center, Financial and other groups to ensure a smooth, on time completion of work.

Lead Project Manager Orion Assembly Construction

Manage Facility Asset set for GM North American locations including Powerhouse, Wastewater, Roofing, Paving, and Fire Protection assets.  
Develop replacement and refurbishment strategies for various asset categories.  
Forecast spending and obtain funding for projects. Support forecasting and funding process for global regions. 
Develop criteria, hire and manage third party engineering firm to implement identified projects.

Program Manager - Asset Sustainment

Manage various engineering projects associated with Wastewater Treatment Plant repairs or upgrades
Develop Bid package for and oversee the engineering and construction phase of the $7.5 million third party WWTP DBOO project for the Pontiac North Metal Fabricating Center.

Sr. Environmental Engineer (Contract)

Direct Buy

Recruit, hire, train and manage customer service and sales personnel.
Identify and implement procedures to improve order accuracy.
Developed and implemented a program to improve showroom corporate-wide accuracy ranking from 80th to 7th and order accuracy from 80.3% to 98.7%

Manage environmental compliance issues for the division, interface with and provide direction to plant environmental engineers, hire and train Design for the Environment engineers to support development of environmental criteria for product design
