I am a multidisciplinary Biotechnology engineer with an MBA, and an alumnus of the Technology Global Entrepreneurship program, a joint initiative with the Enterprise Management Consulting program at Temple University, Philadelphia. I bring extensive experience in business intelligence, strategy, business development, entrepreneurship, project management, and regional innovation across various fields and sectors. I have successfully consulted for deep-tech startups and technology incubators at the intersection of technology, science, and business. In the past year, I have been deeply immersed in learning about the venture studio mechanism (also known as venture builder or startup studio) and exploring the global venture studio ecosystem. My goal is to map potential needs and collaboration areas to enhance connectivity and efficiency within this space. My activities include connecting with existing venture studio networks, initiating the creation of focused sub-groups, exploring relevant business models and financial structures, and examining various operational and legal frameworks. By learning from available resources and common playbooks shared within the global community, I aim to develop a tailored playbook for our emerging venture studio. My visionary goal is to establish a deep-tech venture studio in Israel, particularly in the Negev region, focusing on impactful domains such as Biomed and Climate-tech/Planet-tech. Our ideation and IP sources include unique national-level access to Ukrainian deep-tech, the Negev and Israeli ecosystem, the global venture studio ecosystem, and internal ideation. These studios are intended to drive innovation and generate substantial social, financial, and regional benefits. I am passionate about innovation and always open to new opportunities, challenges, and collaborations.
