A marketer at heart - I wrote, edited and published daily e-newsletters to drive Citi’s values and culture through Singapore’s Consumer Banking Group.

Stepping out of Adobe, we planned and executed bank-wide campaigns to incite Client Excellence. Some days took me out filming and compiling short videos, while other days; I conducted unannounced planned audits on our staff and branches across Singapore to ensure quality and compliance to Citi’s brand.

As an Experience Strategist - I have my found my flow in helping teams journey through organisational transformation and building customer-centric businesses.

Besides being a Hospitality and Marketing major, I have also dedicated time at Boston University to deepen my understanding of Communications and Psychology. Couple those lessons with human-centered design philosophies and practices, I use human behaviour to elevate brand, product and consumer experiences.

Out of office, you will find me mentoring at Advisory-SG, teaching at General Assembly and practising yoga - attempting to attain YTT-200 certification (one-day).
