Emmanuel is a digital technology executive with over two decades' experience across sectors and household brands. He is managing director at multi-format book retailer Shulph. His mission is to design a future that helps people absorb new knowledge easier and faster, so that more of us can increase our capacity to accelerate the world's collective growth. Emmanuel is also a corporate advisor to senior leadership at world-leading organisations. He does this through Sentinel Design, his digital strategy and innovation vehicle. Sentinel pays special focus on helping executives adopt design-led frameworks such as design thinking and human-centred design across their digital transformation drives. He led PwC’s digital experience design capability in London prior to starting his independent ventures. With a background in human-centred design and digital customer experience, his passion is in using design to provide a humane layer to the execution of digital and technology, and how it helps solve the most important business challenges in today's fiercely competitive digital landscape.
