I'm a sales professional who has a passion for sales development! I've been fortunate enough to have held a variety of different roles - AE, Outbound SDR, and an SDR leader. What gets me exited about the sales development space is that you get to set the tone for what the rest of the customer experience will be like! You're the first interaction a prospect typically has with your brand, customer experience, culture, values, product, service - what an awesome privilege is that! This is a role that requires a lot of grit, determination, skill, perseverance, humility, and communication. Helping teammates find and develop these skills is really what gives me life because I know if I can help them develop these characteristics they will get promoted to other roles/teams and continue to find success and chase their own passions - which how cool is that!!!
